Image capture and dissemination policy

1.- We will only use the photographs we take for educational purposes or those derived from the teaching and/or guidance function, or in the context of complementary activities such as events, excursions, Christmas or Carnival festivals, visits to museums, etc.

2.- We will not capture audiovisual content that may be considered inappropriate, in bad taste, in situations, attitudes or clothing that may be inappropriate for those purposes or in those contexts, or that involve the private or intimate sphere.

3.- Before taking a photo or video of people, we make an assessment of the type of photo/video, its relevance and purpose, and we have determined a series of criteria to minimise risks when required.

4.- When sharing photos with families, this will not be done in the open but in a private space, or restricted to the school community (Google Drive), with a username and password and limited viewing time.

5.- The images and audiovisual content that we disseminate through the school’s profiles on social networks will avoid identifying individuals, or will be acquired from databases of photographs with their corresponding copyright, or will use images of interested parties who have authorised it.

6.- The Centre is not responsible for the dissemination by families, in a generalised and open manner, of images sent through private or restricted space (Google Drive). This responsibility is borne by
